The Mentifacts We Practice
In contrast with artifacts, mentifacts cannot be seen. Mentifacts are values, beliefs, ideas, and other cultural traits that are passed from one generation to the other. Along with artifacts, mentifacts are an aspect of culture.
The mentifacts that we practice in our family are of typical Filipino culture. Some examples include respecting our elders by saying "po" and "opo", making "mano", and assisting them in activities that they have a hard time doing alone.
