Mores are like folkways but with greater moral significance. It is a social norm that is widely observed as a a result of long-established customs. Essentially, it is the what a society should and must do.

 

In my family's case, mores like going to church every Sunday, participating in "Visita Inglesia" every holy week and praying novenas are what we follow

 

Above, an image of my parents getting blessed for their 30th anniversary after a holy mass is an example of a social norm under mores. They let the priest bless them almost every anniversary for the hope of a longer and fulfilling relationship between themselves and their relationship between God.
